John Strangfeld shared a few pages of an old photo album with us hoping to better identify the house in several of the photos. Can you help? What can you identify? Do you recognize anyone? When do you think these photos were taken? Please share your thoughts and observations!
Here are a few bits of information Mr. Strangfeld shard about the photo album and the photographs featured in it:
I’ve bought a photo album containing pictures taken around 1915. A section of them were taken while on a trip to Essex. There’s one of The Crater Club, a dozen from one house in town, and some of the lake and on a boat called The Vermont. [… It appears] they were friends of a Margaret Barrie and the lakeside photos seem to be taken around 1926 Lakeshore Road (you can see Split Rock Mountain in the background of one).
