Journey Into Spring – Mind & Body Workshop
Darla Brenkenridge (MS, LMHC)  &             Michelle Maron (CKYT)
Saturday, March 17, 9 am – Noon
$35 per person

“As we move from winter into spring, we can prepare our mind and body for the transition by releasing the old and welcoming the new.  In this morning workshop Darla will guide us through a series of techniques for changing our thinking from heavy winter thoughts to light spring thoughts. Exploring how our thoughts can affect feeling, behavior and thus, our entire life. Moving from our minds to our bodies, Michelle will lead the group in a detoxifying flow of Yoga twists that open the body and make space for what spring brings. Class will focus on gentle, full body movement and gradually increase to deeper twisting postures. We will close with a meditation/relaxation to set our intention for the season to come. This practice will create freedom and ease throughout the whole body – prepare to unwind and open in this special workshop! All levels are welcome!” [Workshops/Events | Live Well.]
