Our community discussion series continues on Sunday, April 30, at 3:00 p.m. This will be our fifth gathering. This time, on a fun twist to our usual format, we will be taking the U.S. citizenship test together, as a group, to find out just how much we know about our government and U.S. history. We will see what sort of discussion develops. We have had a very nice gathering for these ongoing discussions, and the conversations have been interesting and thoughtful. All viewpoints are welcome.
Some questions you might want to consider before attending this session are
- What is the supreme law of the land?
- How many amendments does our constitution have?
- Can you name three of the original 13 states?
- Can you name a U.S. territory?
- Can you name your senator?
