Moving into the second year of being open it is time to celebrate and begin the new year with a party! Walk, ride, drive… just get to Live Well on Main Street in Essex, NY for Live Well’s Annual Community Opening.

What to do at Live Well’s Annual Community Opening:

Check-out and sign-up for the new schedule of classes for Yoga, Tai Chi, Qigong, Fitness Classes, as well as upcoming Community Lecture Series, Workshops, and Programs.

Meet Live Well’s newest practitioners: Cache Hartzell, Certified Yoga teacher joining Lake Champlain Yoga Arts and Will Hartzell, joining Live Well as the newest acupuncturist.

Acupuncture Expanded Hours

Community Acupuncture has had such great success that Live Well is expanding the hours!

-Community Acupuncture is Thursdays 11am-3:30 pm.
-Saturday Acupuncture is by appointment only Saturdays 5-8:30 pm. [Live Well Firefly Acupuncture]

Occupational Therapy

Courtney Hughes is now offering Occupational Therapy services at Live Well! Clients with a doctor prescription for Occupational Therapy can now seek insurance reimbursement for their treatments. Contact Courtney for more information at courtney@livewellessexny.com.

Total Body Conditioning
Total Body Conditioning with Jess Storey is a fitness class primarily designed to improve your cardio system, tone and build strength.

Participants will come to know that every single person, regardless of his or her past experience, has the innate capacity to heal and live an exceptionally healthy life.  Upon completion of the Stress Balancing Series participants will have the knowledge and tools to:

  • Create an effective stress balancing routine
  • Use simple techniques during the day for healing & renewal
  • Better manage pain and disease
  • Naturally lower blood pressure & cholesterol
  • Sleep more soundly
  • Relate more positively to family, friends, and co-workers
