The next event in the Belden Noble Memorial Library’s Get to Know Your Neighbors series will feature John Mesick on Thursday, August 1, at 7:00 p.m.
John Mesick, a partner in the Albany firm of Mesick-Cohen-Wilson-Baker Architects, will discuss his work on the design of contemporary buildings and the restoration of historic landmark buildings, including the capitol buildings of Vermont, New York, and Tennessee — and restoration of historic houses such as Thomas Jefferson’s Monticello and James Madison’s Montpelier. John’s current projects include reconstruction of George Washington’s boyhood home, Ferry Farm, in Virginia.
This event is a fundraiser for the library with a suggested donation of $5.00 (children free).
