Explore the unexplained past filled with legends and haunts by joining Fort Ticonderoga’s museum staff as they present Garrison Ghost Tours offered on October 10 and 24 at 8 pm; gates open at 7:30pm. Tickets are $35 per person, limited space is available, and advanced registration is required.
Find your way through the eerie darkness in the 6-acre Heroic Corn Maze at Fort Ticonderoga’s popular Maze by Moonlight event, October 17 and 18. Garrison Ghost Tours
Spend an intimate evening exploring Fort Ticonderoga’s past October 10 and 24 as our museum staff guides you through the Fort buildings recounting the many unexplained events experienced by staff and visitors over the past 100 years. The ninety minute walking tour in and around the Fort offers historical context to the many ghostly stories and legends that are part of Fort Ticonderoga’s epic history. The evening tours allow guests to experience the power of the past at Fort Ticonderoga during the cover of night, highlighting the site’s long and often violent history that left an indelible mark on the thousands of soldier’s that served at Ticonderoga in the 18th century.
Maze by Moonlight!
Experience Fort Ticonderoga’s Heroic Maze at night! Explore the 6-acre maze designed in the shape of the Fort using your flashlight as a guide at this classic fall event. Getting lost in this life-size puzzle is part of the fun as you look for history clues among towering stalks of corn in the shadow of night. Winding paths and the mysteries of the dark will confuse and delight the entire family in the search for hidden stations in the maze to complete the “Engineer a Fort” Maze Quest game offering a challenge and fun for visitors of all ages. Will Fort Ticonderoga’s unexplained and ghostly past find you in the Maze?
