Whether you’re a commercial producer or someone who wants to improve upon your own kitchen practices, this class will help to expand knowledge regarding safety and protocol. Discussion throughout, so bring your questions!
The class will be taught by David Bielefield, Senior Sanitarian at the NYS Department of Health. It will be held on Thursday, March 31 from 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm at the Grange’s community kitchen. Cost is $10. Please register ahead of time by calling the Grange at 963-4170 or by emailing Kate Ritter, Manager, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
