The Whallonsburg Grange Hall will hold a class aimed at anyone who wants to learn more about safe procedures in the kitchen. Whether you’re a commercial producer or someone who wants to improve upon your own kitchen practices, this class will help to expand knowledge regarding safety and protocol. Discussion throughout, so bring your questions!
The class will be taught by David Bielefield, Senior Sanitarian at the NYS Department of Health. It will be held on Thursday, March 31 from 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm at the Grange’s community kitchen. Cost is $10. Please register ahead of time by calling the Grange at 963-4170 or by emailing Kate Ritter, Manager, at admin@thegrangehall.info.
The Whallonsburg Grange Hall is located at 1610 NYS Route 22, five miles south of the village of Essex. The Grange serves as a community gathering space for eastern Essex County, hosting musical and theatrical performances, lectures, forums, and workshops, as well as hall rentals for private events.
