The Whallonsburg Grange will host a lyceum lecture on the history of the Middle East on Tuesday, December 8 at 7:30 p.m.
Andy Buchanan, historian and lecturer at the University of Vermont, will present “The ‘Old Order’ In The Middle East Comes Apart: A Historical Perspective.” The lecture will focus on the background of the crisis that is rapidly unfolding in the region today. There will be ample time for questions and discussion following the lecture.
Admission is $5, and free for students.
