Kye Turner has been dancing all her life and has over 20+ experience in various formats. From ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop, to African dance. In her own words:
“Teaching fitness classes has given me something that I’ve always wanted, to be able to SHARE my love of dance and fitness with everyone. Having been blessed with the opportunity to help others improve their health and lives through exercise is what fires me up and gets me jumping out of bed every morning. As you’ll learn in my classes I FEED off of your energy, your smiles, laughs, and triumphs. They are what keeps me going. I want to help you look at exercise in whole new light, they way I see it, FUN!!!! I am 100% real, and I’ve dealt with the trials and tribulations of weight loss and weight gain, I’ve had an eating disorder, I’ve weighed well over 250lbs & upon your first class with me you’ll learn that I love to laugh, smile, giggle, and of course make you sweat. Besides being your fitness instructor and/or nutritional cleansing coach, as well as your friend, I AM YOUR BIGGEST FAN!!! I am there to help motivate and build your self-esteem. I make sure that all classes are fun, safe, and of course EFFECTIVE. I want to help you achieve your goals and help you become a healthier you. When we leave that room, know my HEART & SOUL is left on the floor as well as a few puddles of sweat. KyeTFitness classes are a MOVEMENT, it’s about embracing the inner you, creating energy, and bring people together.”

Dance like your favorite pop stars! In this high-energy, age-appropriate class, kids will learn fun hip-hop techniques and combinations, danced to their favorite music. Classes will feature kid-friendly routines based on original choreography. Kye will break down the steps, add games, activities and cultural exploration elements into the class structure.

Contemporary hip hop and dance fitness. Classes start off with a basic warm-up. Then Kye breaks the class down with a hip-hop combination. This class is geared toward students who are beginner or advanced dancers.

Salsa Workshop – Couples or Individuals
Salsa Workshop – Dance Series

Thursdays 6pm-7:30pm
3-part series: 11/6, 11/13, 11/20
Early registration until 10/30 $45 for singles & $75 per couple, Late Registration $54 for singles & $90 per couple
This is an introduction course appropriate for those who have never taken dance lessons to learn Salsa. In this class, students will learn the basic step, basic turns, fundamentals of the lead & follow, and the cross-body lead. Merengue and Bachata may also be taught during this class.
