Hike, paddle, and explore the Adirondacks in safety this summer with a wilderness medicine class. Two NOLS Wilderness Medicine classes are being offered in Willsboro this June! These classes are fun, practical, and highlight improvisation and decision making. These certifications are internationally recognized. The training is of the highest quality and our instructors are experienced professionals, lifelong outdoor adventurers, and caring and inclusive educators. Dave Durant is currently teaching students how to manage high-angle rescue scenarios in Wyoming, while Drew Seitz is climbing Denali.
“The course was “made” by the excellence of the instructors. Specifically, their fantastic demeanor (style), knowledge, pedagogical techniques, clarity and honesty during the entire course was impeccable. Meaningful and relevant, worthwhile and extremely eye-opening and practical, the course content and curriculum was wonderfully delivered. Thank you.”
