CEF Library Services: Downloadable Audiobooks & New Titles

This week a patron told me how much he enjoys the downloadable audiobooks available on the Clinton-Essex-Franklin library services site. I was very pleased to hear this, and I want to remind you of this valuable service, which allows you to download audiobooks onto your smart phone or tablet and take them wherever you go. Click here for info about these collections. Betsy Brooks, the automation librarian at CEF has offered to do a program at our library on accessing audiobooks and e-books. Please reply to this message if you would be interested in attending.

I also want to point out another nice feature on the CEF site. Click here to see all of the new titles that have been added to the entire CEF library system. All you need to do is click on the cover of any item and its listing in the catalog will come up. You can then request an item from any library, and we will call you when we have it. Separate links are available for fiction, nonfiction, DVDs, audio CDs, eBooks, kids, teens, and downloadable audiobooks too.
