Adirondack Garden Club Hosts Gardening Expert Charlie Nardozzi for Talk at Whallonsburg Grange

The Adirondack Garden Club will host gardening expert Charlie Nardozzi for a talk at the Whallonsburg Grange Hall on March 28, from 10:30 a.m. until noon. Copies of Nardozzi’s newest book, The Continuous Vegetable Garden: Create a Perpetual Food Garden that Sows and Grows Itself, published just last month, will be available for sale.

Charlie Nardozzi is a Regional Emmy award-winning and nationally recognized garden writer, speaker, radio, and television personality. He has worked for more than 30 years bringing expert gardening information to home gardeners through radio, television, talks, tours, online, and the printed page. Charlie delights in making gardening information simple, easy, fun, and accessible to everyone.

Locally, he is best known for his award-winning radio show “All Things Gardening” on Vermont Public Radio and “In the Garden” television show on WCAX-Channel 3. More information on Charlie is available at gardeningwithcharlie.com.

Founded in 1928, the Adirondack Garden Club’s mission is to stimulate the knowledge and love of gardening, to aid in the protection of native plants and birds, and to encourage civic planting, and the conservation of our natural resources.
