Healthcare Coalition for the North Country Forum

The Healthcare Coalition of The North Country is hosting a public educational forum on the upcoming effects of the legislation HR1 (Big Beautiful Bill) at The Whallonsburg Grange Hall on November 2, 2025, from 2pm-4pm.

Join Us for an Important Presentation on Healthcare:

Richard Leach, a retired Internist, Infectious Disease Consultant, and Travel and Tropical Medicine specialist, has served the Glens Falls community for nearly four decades. Alongside Dr. Hoy, he is one of the founding members of the steering committee for the Healthcare Coalition for the North Country.

They will be giving a presentation at the Grange on the effects on Medicaid (and Medicare) from the Big Beautiful Bill. They will also be speaking about courses of action that we should all be taking to prevent some of these effects.
