Week of July 15, 2013:
- Visit to the Wing property with Bob Rice to look at overcrowding of livestock
- Research Town and APA subdivision regs for a lakefront parcel in R-2 zone
- Site visits to Orberg, McGraw and French projects
- Work on monthly board report/receipts and make copies for board members
- Assist John Doyle in filling out APA JIF for exterior work and new garage construction at McGraw residence on Lakeshore Road
- List of work items at Belden Noble library for Sandy Vance
- Town Board meeting

Week of July 22, 2013:
- Site visit to Orberg project with Mike Sherman of Bessboro Builders re. additional work items (removal of chimney, roof color, etc.)
- Discuss boundary line adjustment/minor subdivision project with Mike Pratt for property of his on the Alden Road
- Help fill out Town of Essex minor subdivision permit with Mike Pratt for a boundary line adjustment larger than ¼ acre.
- Help fill out JIF to APA filled out re. same project for Mr. Pratt
- Site visit to Cannon Point re. plumbing and electrical lines installed in slab prior to the concrete slab pour
- Meet with Pat Tivnan and Mary Hopkins to go over August PB meeting agenda items
- Generate 500’ abutters list for Pratt minor subdivision project
- Draft PB meeting agenda
- Meet with Steve Philips re. renovation plans for barn and house on Elm Street
- Meet with Sean Kullman and Kelly Schmitt about rebuilding a small bedroom addition on Wally Schmitt’s house on Beggs Point Street and design/construction details
- Water heater installation at Alisha Kelly’s needs proper venting
- Emails and filing
Week of July 29, 2013:
- Review survey map for minor subdivision/lot line adjustment for Mike Pratt’s property on Alden
- Talk to John Deming re. survey and new deed requirements for Mike Pratt’s lot line adjustment/minor subdivision
- Site visit to Wally Schmitt’s to inspect work on rotten sill plate and siding with Sean Kullmna.
- Discuss requirements for a boundary line adjustment with Gary Heurich re. the Sheldon Farm on Albee Lane
- Inspect concrete slab pour at Cannon Point project/Noyes-Green on Lakeshore Road
- Copy all application and draft permit materials and agenda for August PB meeting
- Research sign requirements for Reber Rock Farm farm stand up on Jersey Street
- Planning Board meeting
- Emails and filing
Week of August 5, 2013:
- Inspect vacant bank-owned properties on Jersey Street and Route 22 for property maintenance complaints and order repairs made, buildings secured and grass cut
- Site inspection re. roof issues at Schmitt project on Beggs Street
- Sign application materials sent to Courtney Anderson and Brian Traskos
- Review minor subdivision permit language with Mike Pratt before finalizing
- Copies of August PB permits to Audrey for stamping and recording
- Copies of project permits to Sean Kullman and John Doyle for Schmitt and McGraw projects and issued building permits for the work
- Talk to Anita Shapiro about a missing boundary marker
- Emails and filing
Week of August 12, 2013:
- Sent boundary line adjustment application forms to Gary Heurich for Sheldon Farm
- Sent SUP to Brian Traskos for new PT/MT location
- Investigate new stile built over fence at Hickory Hill property
- Email correspondence with PB chairman about permit conditions and potential permit violations and re. new projects for September 5 meeting
- Site visit to McGraw renovation project on Lakeshore Road
- Site visit to Schmitt addition project on Beggs Street
- Site visit to French new house project on Daniels Road
- Inspection and C. of C. issued for work at the Grange Hall
- Monthly Board report
July Receipts:
Codes – $60.00 for building and sign permits
Zoning – $70.00 for SPR and subdivision application fees
