College For Every Student (CFES) welcomes six new employees to its team of 25 professionals across the United States and Ireland.
“I’m thrilled to add these talented and passionate professionals to our already dynamic staff,” said CFES President & CEO Rick Dalton.
Mike Lynch, Director of Strategic Partnerships
As Director of Strategic Partnerships, Mike leads the organization’s efforts to engage corporations in supporting CFES Scholars in helping them become college and career ready. A former CFES Board member, Mike comes to CFES from Boston University where he was the Athletic Director. He brings over 20 years of fundraising and higher education leadership experience to CFES.
Hasan Davis, J.D., Program Director
Hasan is a Program Director serving schools in Austin, Texas and South Texas. He has worked in the development youth services field for over 25 years. Hasan is the former Commissioner of the Kentucky Department of Juvenile Justice and a national speaker on youth issues.
John W. Mills, Ph.D., Program Director
John is a Program Director in New York City and the Adirondacks, as well as with the new initiative in STEM education funded by the GE Foundation. John has held positions at Harvard, Dartmouth and Clarkson prior to becoming President at Paul Smiths College where he served for 10 years until retiring in 2014.
Chelsie Hinckley, Program Director
Chelsie serves as the Program Director for schools in Florida, Cincinnati, and South Dakota in addition to working in the central office. Chelsie worked in a college success center at University of Buffalo and served as a volunteer for a FAFSA completion project in the Buffalo Public Schools.
John C. McDonald Jr., Ed.D., Program Director
John is a Program Director in Louisiana schools. He is currently in his 16th year as Superintendent of the Ticonderoga Central School District, named by U.S. News and World Report in the top 10% of high schools in the nation. He also serves as the Chair of the New York State Public High School Athletic Association Central Committee.
Ron Rix, Program Director
Ron is a Program Director for schools in Kentucky. He has served as a teacher, school principal and district administrator. Ron has served as a Program Director for US Department of Education’s Northeast Regional Center for Safe and Drug Free Schools.
