The weather is turning cool and it’s time to remind you that we will begin our winter hours at the Belden Noble Memorial Library on October 1:
- Monday: 1:00 to 3:00
- Tuesday: closed
- Wednesday: closed
- Thursday: 1:00 to 6:00
- Friday: noon to 5:00
- Saturday: 10:00 to 5:00
- Sunday: closed
During the winter months, I will be sharing library coverage with Stephanie Beneng, our new library assistant. Stephanie has already come up with an idea that will be of particular interest to children and parents … more to come on that!
… and our silent auction is taking shape and will be held in late November and early December. Last year many great items were donated, and the auction turned out to be a valuable fundraiser for the library. If you would like to contribute an item or service to this year’s auction, please let us know.
Hope to see you in the library soon!

I love this library! I volunteered there so many of my Saturdays and after school hours through middle and high school. Great memories of doing fun things like reading to little ones at story time, exploring the stacks, and cleaning out the attic of old books and mouse nests.
