Seasonal Marketplace November 9th at NewVida Preserve: A Celebration of Local Talent and Adirondack Creativity

The magic of the holiday season will come alive on Sunday, November 9th, as Elevation Planning & Events presents the Seasonal Marketplace at NewVida Preserve in Jay, NY. This highly anticipated event will feature two full floors of hand-selected local vendors, each offering unique, high-quality goods that showcase the heart and creativity of the Adirondack region.

From local photography and handcrafted soaps to artisan candles, children’s books, jewelry, and home décor, the marketplace brings together a vibrant mix of small businesses, artists, and makers. Visitors are invited to spend the day shopping, socializing, and supporting local entrepreneurs while enjoying the stunning backdrop of the historic NewVida Lodge.

Guests can also enjoy NewVida’s Bistro, which will be open with special event hours until 2:00 p.m., offering breakfast, coffee, and lunch specials to pair with a relaxing day of shopping and community connection.

The Seasonal Marketplace is organized by Elevation Planning & Events, owned by Michelle Preston, a local entrepreneur with deep roots in community building. In addition to producing events like the Seasonal Marketplace, Preston provides contract planning and coordination services for organizations and private clients across the North Country. Her work has supported a wide range of causes, including fundraisers for the Whiteface Volunteer Ski Patrol, local benefit events, and private celebrations that highlight the spirit and generosity of the Adirondack community.
