Are you already vibrating with anticipation for the July 4th celebrations coming up in less than a month? Maybe use that energy to train for an event you can join this Independence Day?

Now is the time to sign up for the 12th annual July 4th Firecracker Run sponsored by NEW Health!

When: July 4th, 2014, race starts at 8:00 am
Where: Starts at NEW Health (2885 Essex Rd) and ends at the blinking stoplight on Main Street
Fee: $11 with Credit Card
($10 if you drop off cash or check)
