Five Essex County Residents Named 2019 BlueShield Scholars
BlueShield of Northeastern New York is proud to announce that 101 scholarships totaling $25,250 were made to local high school seniors, including five residents of Essex County, as part of the company’s 2019 BlueShield Scholars Program.
