Honoring Bruce Klink
On Sunday, August 2, at 1:30 p.m. our friends at Champlain Area Trails will honor Bruce Klink, who passed away in February 2014. Bruce was a great friend of the library who used his woodworking skills to enhance the beauty and functionality of our library. Bruce built bookcases and our book return box and helped in many other ways. CATS will hold a short service at the Wildway Overlook Trailhead to remember Bruce and dedicate a plaque to be placed on a bench that was placed on the overlook in his honor. After the dedication service, those who wish can join CATS on a hike to the overlook where the plaque will be added to the bench.
Hope to see you in the library and at the trailhead soon!
