
ETC Benefit ~ Performance and Chinese Auction
When: Friday July 26 at 7pm
Where: Masonic Lodge, Essex, NY (Next to Essex-Charlotte Ferry Dock)
Essex Theatre Company, community theatre in Essex, NY, will celebrate its 21st year with the Benefit One Hundred Years of Broadway, choreographed and directed by Antonette Knoedl, on Friday, July 26, at 7 pm at the Masonic Lodge in Essex.
This ONE NIGHT ONLY event will feature the talents of Beth Abair, Andrew Ducharme, Liz Favreau, Evan Fazziola, Steven Hebert, Tanner Jubert, Antonette Knoedl, Emily Madan, Jackie Robertin, and Matt Rock.
There will be a Chinese auction of local art, gift certificates to restaurants, yoga classes, golf rounds, professional theatre, an other items. Hors d’oeuvres, desserts, complimentary beverages will be served with a cash bar available.

Essex Theatre Company is currently hosting a production Much Ado About Nothing. This “reality TV” inspires version of Shakespeare’s romantic comedy is directed by Emily Madan. See the show July 12, 13, 18, 19, 20 at 7 pm, July 14, at 2 pm, and July 17 at 5:30 pm
On Saturday, August 3, at Downtown Essex Day, ETC will have a tag sale, a rehearsal open to the public for Becky Shaw, and a chance to buy tickets to that show.
Becky Shaw, a comedy of romantic bad manners, will be the second main stage show of the summer. It will be presented August 16, 17, 22, 23, 24 at 7 pm and August 18 at 2 pm. The show’s focus in on dysfunctional family and personal relationships and has a parental warning for adult language and content.

Tickets for the plays are $12 at the door, $10 pre-pay. Tickets for the benefit are $30 at the door, $25 pre-pay. *To take advantage of the pre-pay rate send a non-refundable check for the correct amount to:
