Champlain Valley Film Series to Show LOVE & FRIENDSHIP

The Champlain Valley Film Series will present the film LOVE & FRIENDSHIP on Saturday, October 8, at 7:30 p.m. at the Whallonsburg Grange Hall.

Jane Austen’s romantic comedy is pure pleasure. When young widow Lady Susan visits the estate of her in-laws, she attracts the attention of several men for herself and her daughter. “A thoroughgoing delight. This is a match made in heaven.” – Washington Post

Tickets are $6 for adults and $3 for those under 18. The Whallonsburg Grange Hall is located at 1610 NYS Route 22 at the intersection with Whallons Bay Road. For more information, contact info@cvfilms.org.

About Whallonsburg Grange Hall

The Grange Hall is managed by the Whallonsburg Civic Association, a 501(c)3 nonprofit through an agreement with the Town of Essex. The building is now one of the "destinations" in the region for films, music, theater, lectures and other community events.
