Fort Apache Trailer from Addison Mehr on Vimeo.
The film will be introduced by Westport writer/director Addison Mehr!
Filmed in Westport, Moriah and Lake Placid, this coming of age story follows Walt, a precocious young boy who struggles to escape small-town life. On the eve of his eleventh birthday, he must choose between leaving home or following his brother down a path of violence and destruction. Mehr has worked with director Martin Scorsese and Court 13, the filmmaking collective behind Beasts of the Southern Wild. (Whallonsburg Grange Hall)
