Piano by Nature is thrilled to launch its 17th season with two stunning solo piano concerts by the acclaimed Brazilian pianist, Alessandra Feris. With a distinguished career as a soloist, chamber musician, and educator, Dr. Feris has graced international stages across Brazil, Argentina, Italy, Portugal, Serbia, Germany, Hungary, and beyond. Known for her masterful interpretations of Latin-American music, she is often the preferred pianist for Brazilian composers premiering new works. Her performances captivate with a blend of delicate, vibrant, and always rich expression, bringing out the profound beauty of the music she plays. A true artist, Dr. Feris currently serves as an assistant professor of piano at the University of South Dakota in Vermillion.

Piano By Nature is renowned for its commitment to offering intimate, top-tier concerts that showcase both rare and contemporary compositions, and these upcoming performances are no exception. Dr. Feris will delight our audience with a vibrant and insightful program featuring both well-known and newly composed works by a diverse array of male and female composers from across Latin America. We are in for a real treat!

Piano by Nature is thrilled to kick off our seventeenth season with this exciting series of concerts, and we warmly invite you to join us for a memorable evening of music, refreshments, and post-concert conversation with our amazing artist. Doors will open 30 minutes before the performance, and we recommend arriving early to avoid check-in lines. Admission for concerts at Elizabethtown’s Historic Hand House is $20, with a special $5 rate for children 15 and under. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis, and reservations are encouraged due to limited availability.
