December 27, 2012 Approved EOY Town Meeting Minutes

End of Year Meeting

12/27/12

The meeting was called to order at 2:14 PM.

On roll call Board members present were Councilw9oman LaPine, Councilman MacDougal, Councilman Wrisley and Supervisor Boisen.  Also present was Audrey Hoskins, Town Clerk.

The well sites were discussed. The following sites are being considered. Valarie Mace, Stransky, Pataki, Braidlea Farm, John Lease, Calvin Cumm.  These sites are going to be costly because of their distance from the Town. The Mace property was discussed.

Motion to exit the EOY meeting and enter into Executive session to discuss an employee history at 2:35 PM was made by Councilwoman LaPine. Seconded by Councilman MacDougal. Roll call Councilwoman LaPine-yes, Councilman MacDougal-yes, Councilman Wrisley and

Supervisor Boisen-yes.

Motion to exit Executive session and return to EOY meeting at 3:40 PM was made by Councilman Wrisley.  Seconded by Councilman

MacDougal. Roll call Councilwoman LaPine-yes, Councilman MacDougal-yes, Councilman Wrisley-yes, and Supervisor Boisen-yes.

The position of water/sewer rents clerk was discussed. Supervisor Boisen stated that to get this job done it should be divided into 2 positions. Donna Haynes is working on creating a program for the Town.  LeeAnn is doing at least half the work and not getting paid for the work she does. Donna Haynes stated to Supervisor Boisen that she is not willing to share the salary and would not finish the program.

The water rent program was discussed.  Supervisor Boisen will check with Enhanced Business to see what it would cost to have the program installed on LeeAnn’s computer. She will also check with Donna Haynes on the program she has been creating.

The bills were discussed.  Permission given to pay the EOY bills.

Councilman Wrisley asked to have the bills gone over by one of the Councilman before they are sent out.

Motion to appoint Bryan Garvey to Councilman LaForest’s vacated position was made by Councilman MacDougal.  Seconded by Councilwoman LaPine. The term will end 12/31/13. Roll call

Councilwoman LaPine-yes Councilman MacDougal-yes, Councilman Wrisley-yes, and Supervisor Boisen-abstained.

As there was no further business to come before the Board the meeting was adjourned at 4:09 PM
