It’s that time again! Our 34th Annual “Downtown Essex Day” is scheduled for Saturday, August 3, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Essex Initiatives will be sponsoring the event and invites your participation.
If you would like to participate in Downtown Essex Day, please contact Amy Valentine or Richard Robbins (details below) to request an Exhibitor’s Registration Form. Once you receive and print out the form, you’ll need to fill it in and return it by regular mail with your payment by July 8, 2013. Please print legibly! Shop owners, businesses, organizations and residents in the town have first choice on using the town’s curbside space in front of their respective establishments. Remaining areas will be assigned after July 8th in the order that registration forms have been received; priority will be given to returning exhibitors wanting the space assigned last year. Spaces will be assigned only after full payment is received.
Note: No canopies on curbside locations. They block other exhibitors.
Behind the Town Hall, on Station Street (Rte. 22) in Essex, NY, a tent will be available for only a few exhibitors. Tent spaces are approximately 8’x8′; there may be no space for a central walkway. Tables are not provided. Exhibitors with their own canopies will be placed behind the Town Hall as well. Note: Spaces for canopies are only 10’x10′.
2013 Downtown Essex Day Deadline
All space reservations must be received by July 8, 2013. Space assignments will be mailed by about July 14th.
