New Essex Supervisor, Ed Gardner, was sworn into office as a new member of the Essex County Board of Supervisors by County Clerk Joseph Provoncha on January 6. He was joined by his wife for the swearing in ceremony. Supervisor Gardner acknowledged the support he is receiving from the Essex community during the transition.
“I have been surprised with the amount of cooperation with people and how helpful they have all been,” Gardner said. “There are a lot of people who have said they want to help in a lot of different areas. There is a lot of experience from former town supervisors and I have a great deputy in Claire LaPine.” (via Three supervisors sworn into office – Denpubs.com)
