It’s that time of year again!  Our 36th Annual “Downtown Essex Day” is scheduled for Saturday, August 1, from 10:00 AM to 4 PM (rain or shine).  Essex Initiatives will be organizing the event for the town and invites your participation.

Exhibitors must register and submit payment before July 10, 2015.

Exhibitor Space Details

Shop owners, businesses, organizations and town residents have first choice on using the space in front of their respective establishments.  Remaining spaces will be assigned after July 10th in the order that completed registration forms have been received; priority will be given to returning exhibitors wanting the same location as last year.

Spaces will be assigned only after full payment is received.  Sorry – no refunds.

No canopies permitted on curbside locations.  They block other exhibitors.

Exhibitors with their own canopies will be placed on the lawn area next to Town Hall at the corner of Main St. and Rte. 22. NOTE:  Canopy size is limited to 10′ x 10′ or smaller.

Behind Essex Town Hall, on Station St. (Rte. 22), a large tent will be provided.  This tent will be 20′ x 20′ (with no central walkway) or 20′ x 30′ with a walkway – depending on the number of tent reservations received. These spaces are approximately 8′ x 8′.  Tables & chairs are not provided.

Again the deadline to reserve your space is July 10, 2015. Space assignments will be mailed by about July 20, 2015.
