Are you an art lover? How do you feel about pottery and photography? Well, if you like both, then you’ll be interested in an upcoming exhibit at the North Country Cultural Center for the Arts (NCCCA Arts Center) in Plattsburgh, NY.
Photographer Pat Duniho and the North Country Potter’s Guild have combined those two mediums, and we will get to explore ceramics through the lens of a camera in this exhibit throughout November!
This exhibition combines local photography and ceramics for a diverse show that explores nature, shape, form and color. The opening reception will be held November 2, 5:30-7:30pm and the exhibition runs until December 1. (Borderless North)
Pat Duniho is an art teacher at Plattsburgh High School. He has used photography in majority of his own artistic ventures (Borderless North). In this exhibit, we will see the combination of Duniho’s photographs with a variety of Guild members’ pottery.
The North Country Potter’s Guild is a group of potters working together for over a decade, who take part and host a variety of events throughout the year. Brought together by core values, their mission involves educating the community, “in all matters of clay.” (Borderless North)
