Last month Champlain National Bank and NYCO Minerals made generous donations to the Willsboro-Essex Food Pantry, and it seems as if that has spurred a whole movement of support for the charity.
The pantry is run in the Willsboro Town Hall where non-perishables foods are stored for those in need.
Thankfully this has truly become a time of giving, and more and more donations are being made to the pantry.
The movement has included thousands in money donations and stocked shelves in the pantry, according to Supervisor Ed Hatch. (Denpubs)
The winter is a busy for the pantry with families faced with a rise in energy costs in these colder months, so this is a great time for more donations to benefit them.
