Garden Plants with Medicinal Interests
With Heather Irvine
Take a trip across Lake Champlain on the Essex-Charlotte ferry and attend this seminar to learn more about the medicinal properties of common garden plants. Maybe you already have some growing in your garden, or perhaps this lecture will give you ideas for some new seeds to experiment with this year!
Many plants do more then just beautify a landscape. Learn about the medicinal properties of plants such as Angelica, Baptisia, Black Cohosh, Calamus, Calendula, California Poppy, Echinacea, Elderberry, and many more with Heather, of Giving Tree Botanicals. (Gardener’s Supply)
Spring gardening seminars are held on Saturdays at Gardener’s Supply in Burlington. Pre-registration required, some seminars have attendance limits. Go here to register. The cost for each workshop is $10.00 per person unless otherwise noted.
