The North Country Cultural Center for the Arts (NCCCA) in Plattsburgh and the Whallonsburg Grange are cohosting a roundtable meeting of arts organizations and artists on Monday, March 11 at 6pm. NCCCA is now administering the New York State Decentralization grants that used to come through the Arts Council of the Northern Adirondacks. This get-together will be a chance to introduce ourselves to the NCCCA staff and discuss coordinating events, activities and look at ways we can leverage what we all do.
Invitation to Grange / NCCCA Roundtable
Here is the invite from Kathy Recchia, the DEC grant coordinator:
The Whallonsburg Grange Hall and The North Country Cultural Center for the Arts (NCCCA) are hosting an artist and arts organization roundtable on Monday evening, March 11 at 6 PM. We hope to address ways that we can all be connected to partner and help each other as well as how to discuss communicating events, grants, studio tours, arts councils, etc. Many folks may be coming from work, so if anyone has snacks to share please bring them along. The Grange will be providing cider and a snack. NCCCA Executive Director Janine Scherline and DEC Grant Coordinator Kathy Recchia will be attending.
