Wilmington, NY – Haselton Lumber Company is proud to announce the 1st Annual Red, White & Brew Timber Fest, a free community celebration kicking off Memorial Day weekend with live music, food, beer, and hometown spirit. The event will take place on Thursday, May 22nd from 6–9 PM at Haselton Lumber, located at 1763 Haselton Road in Wilmington, NY.
This family-friendly, free event is open to the public. Attendees are encouraged to bring a lawn chair, kick back, and enjoy the local vibes. Live music will be performed by crowd-favorite local band, Arabella, setting the tone for an evening of fun and celebration in the Adirondacks.
Food trucks will be on-site offering something for everyone, including Lomeli’s Authentic Mexican, 2 Jerks BBQ, and Mountain Munchies. Thirsty guests can grab a cold one at the Twisted Raven beer trailer, Wilmington’s local Pub.
“This is our way of saying thank you to the community and kicking off summer the right way,” said Zach Marshall, Owner of Haselton Lumber. “After a great turnout earlier in the day for our Contractor Event, Timber Fest is the encore — a chance for everyone to come together, have fun, and see what our local, veteran-owned lumber yard is all about.”
The event follows Haselton Lumber’s Contractor Day earlier that same afternoon, an annual gathering of tradespeople, vendors, and partners. Timber Fest builds on the energy of the day and opens the doors to the entire community.
Office Manager Michelle Preston added, “We’re thrilled to host this first-of-its-kind event right here in Wilmington. It’s about celebrating our roots, our veterans, our neighbors, and giving everyone a reason to come out and smile.”
Don’t miss this chance to gather with friends and family and enjoy an evening of hometown celebration. See you at the yard!
Contractor Day Returns to Haselton Lumber – A Must-Attend Celebration for the Building Trades
Haselton Lumber Company invites all builders, contractors, and tradespeople to its 2nd Annual Contractor Day on Thursday, May 22, from 3:00–7:00 PM at 1763 Haselton Road, Wilmington, NY. After a wildly successful first year, this event has nearly doubled in size, and it’s shaping up to be a can’t-miss celebration of craftsmanship, connection, and community.
This isn’t your average “pro day.” Haselton Lumber is veteran-owned, locally run, and deeply committed to supporting the people who build the Adirondacks and beyond. The afternoon is packed with high-energy perks — live music by Seth Warden and Doug Moody (Saratoga favorites with Wilmington fans), a full lineup of food trucks (Lomeli Mexican, 2 Jerks BBQ, and Mountain Munchies), and an ice-cold beer trailer from Twisted Raven.
Every tradesperson who attends and registers will be entered to win a grand raffle prize valued at over $1,000, with additional giveaways featuring DeWalt, Milwaukee, and Spec Ops tools. Plus, the first 125 who register on arrival will receive a free gift.
“Our industry works hard — they deserve an event that matches that energy,” said Zach Marshall, Owner of Haselton Lumber. “Contractor Day is our way of saying thank you, shaking some hands, and offering real value with great food, music, prizes, and tools that people actually use.”
Top distributors will be on-site, including Andersen Windows, Diamond Kote, Hood Distribution, Lake Placid Equipment Rental, Reeb, Primesource, Accoya, Azek, US Lumber, Rockwool, Empire Building Products—and many more. Whether you’re a seasoned builder or just starting out, there will be plenty of product knowledge, show-only deals, and face-to-face access to industry pros.
New this year: meet the Custom Mill team and take a behind-the-scenes tour of Haselton’s on-site mill to see how custom cuts and orders come to life.
“There are other pro days out there, but this one is different,” said Michelle Preston, Office Manager and event organizer. “It’s more than tools and tents — it’s about bringing the trades together, building relationships, and showing off what Haselton is all about. Everyone needs to be here.”
And the fun doesn’t stop at 7 PM — Contractor Day flows right into the 1st Annual Red, White & Brew Timber Fest, a hometown celebration open to the public. From 6:00 to 9:00 PM, local band Arabella takes the stage, and the food trucks and beer trailer keep rolling. It’s the perfect way to kick off Memorial Day weekend with your crew, your family, and your community.
