In the tradition of Lennon & McCartney, Roosevelt & Churchill, and Laurel & Hardy, the 8-episode video series Curiously Adirondack brings together the creative skills of two very different yet instantly compatible individuals: Josh Clement & Ed Kanze. Help them create a new round of high-energy, high-flying Adirondack videos! (Curiously Adirondack, IndieGoGo)
Curiously Adirondack is a documentary series that has so far created three seasons of short episodes focused on various aspects of life in the Adirondacks from features on specific wildlife, towns, people, arts/artists, businesses, history, heritage, and more. Now the creators are asking for your help to fund a fourth season.

All of Curiously Adirondack is always free to watch online! You can watch and share all the previous episodes from Season 1-3 on YouTube and the official Mountain Lake PBS Facebook page. Numerous bonus video clips and photos can be found on the official Josh Clement Productions Facebook and Ed Kanze, Naturalist and Adirondack Guide Facebook pages, Instagram and Twitter.
In the words of Josh & Ed, here is a bit about their vision and the reason for the creation and continuation of Curiously Adirondack:
[The Adirondacks are] hard place to prosper. Yet for all the rocky patches, the people who dare to live inside the park are well rewarded by grand scenery, abundant wildlife, and no end of free entertainment in the form of skiing, skating, snowshoeing, hiking, boating, swimming, berry picking, fishing, hunting, and gardening (although it’s not always easy to produce a ripe tomato here.) The aim of our project is high. That is, to do this place and its singular people justice. We want to bring Adirondack Mountain life alive for all the poor souls who don’t share the pleasure and pain of living here. […]
Fundraising is tricky business. Let’s be honest. Who enjoys asking for money? Still, ask we must—because we believe in the value of Curiously Adirondack. Judging by the positive feedback we’ve received over the years, we know our storytelling resonates. So we hope you’ll join us and find that supporting Curiously Adirondack is a little less painful than paying your monthly cable bill. Hundreds of channel choices are great. Yet not one of those channels highlights the Adirondacks like we do.
We’re proud that our supporters always know where their money is going. We’re just a couple of family guys trying to make a living, doing what we do best. Support of any sort means the world to us. Thank you! (Curiously Adirondack, IndieGoGo)
