CEVE is excited to announce Decorate Essex! A Holiday Decorating Contest! This contest is open to all residents & businesses within the 12936 zip code.

Decorate Essex Contest Rules

Contest is for exterior decorations only, including decorations in windows that are visible from the road.

Judging Criteria will include:

• Unique design and create use of lights and decorations
• Storyline or theme
• Display and placement of decorations, animated objects, etc.

Participates should have all lights, animation, and decorations in place by December 19, 2014.

Participates agree to have one or more photos of their decorated residence exterior posted on the Essex on Lake Champlain Blog, Essexnewyork.com, and printed in local news media.

The Prizes

• $50 Gift Certificate to Lake Champlain Yoga & Wellness
• $50 Gift Certificate to Essex Inn

Judging will be complete and prizes awarded no later than December 21, 2014.
