Tortilla Making and Mexican Dinner
At Whallonsburg Grange Hall
Celebrate Seis de Mayo! Come and learn the art of making homemade tortillas to accompany a variety of Mexican based fillings and then share the scrumptious results. You can create your own fillings to suit your palate.
James Graves from Full and By Farm will be conducting the class. He will demonstrate the art of rolling out the dough to create wonderfully delicious (and beautiful!) tortillas using simple kitchen equipment you already have at home. (Whallonsburg Grange Hall)
