A Lovely Sunday for Creve Coeur Opens Friday, August 14

The cast of A Lovely Sunday for Creve Couer: Diana Lawrence, Jacky Wardell, Brianna Wardell, and Kathy Poppino.

The gala opening, “St. Louis Blues,” for Tennessee Williams’ A Lovely Sunday for Creve Coeur will take place on Friday, August 14, at 5:30 pm at the Masonic Lodge (next to the ferry dock) in Essex, NY.

Entertainment will be provided by Joan Crane, guitar, and Steve Feinbloom, bass, with hors d’oeuvres, desserts, cash bar, and Chinese auction. The show will begin at 7:00 pm.

Tickets are $30 for the whole event and for the show-only they are $15.

Other performances of the play are August 15, 20, 21, 22 at 7:00 pm and August 16, 23 at 2:00 pm. Tickets $15.

The show stars Jacky Wardell as Bodey, Diana Lawrence as Dorothea, Brianna Wardell as Helena, and Kathy Poppino as Miss Gluck. Call (518) 526-4520 or e-mail tickets@essextheatre.org for reservations.
