The NCCCA Open-Air Artist Market will take place on Saturday, July 13, 2013 from 10am to 4pm at the North Country Cultural Center for the Arts (23 Brinkerhoff St., Plattsburgh, NY 12901). This event is an opportunity for local artists to display and sell their fine-art work. The market will not only be filled with artists but also family activities, class demonstrations, silent auction/raffle, and live performances. (NCCCA website)
