Come join Jen (Certified Nutrition and Wellness Coach) and Christine (Local Chef and Caterer) for some tips on how to eat healthy easily, fit it into your lifestyle and budget, and how it can also fit into what your dietary needs are, whether Paleo, Gluten-free, Vegetarian or unrestricted. Try some delicious dishes, watch how it’s done right in front of you and leave with some new recipes along with the nutrition knowledge to go along with them. We look forward to seeing you there!
