Are you making plans for later this summer? Plan to attend the fair for an affordable, educational, and fun outing! This year the 165th Annual Essex County Fair will run through Wednesday, July 31- Sunday, August 4 at the fairgrounds in Westport, NY.
$10 admission includes all rides, most shows, and parking. Wednesday and Thursday are “Senior Days” – for those 60 & older–you get a coupon for $2-off at food vendors.
Essex County Fair invites families and farmers to enter their products (crafts, foods, and animals) in the fair. They want to show off all of Essex County’s talents and products. Check out the rules from the online handbook. (This also includes the new rules for the Demolition Derby, the new figure 8 race guidelines, and the new horse show events. )
For more information or to sign up for any of the competitions call 518-962-8650 or email countyfairfun@yahoo.com.
