On Friday, June 22, the Whallonsburg Grange Hall in Essex, New York, welcomes back Rusted Root’s singer/songwriter Michael Glabicki and guitarist Dirk Miller. The duo made their first appearance at the Grange to a sold-out audience in January 2017.
Rusted Root, the hugely popular rock-and-soul band, evolved around front-man Michael Glabicki’s distinct style, with dramatic performances and a polyrhythmic, multicultural sound that filled festivals and concert halls. Glabicki is now exploring new music and touring nationally as a duo act, with Rusted Root’s long-time guitar player and background vocalist, Dirk Miller. Together, they are exploring new songs and old favorites from Rusted Root, performing re-envisioned versions of them in a more intimate setting.
The concert is Friday, June 22 at 7:30. Doors open at 7:00pm. Tickets are $15, under 18, $7. Advance reservations are highly recommended and can be made by email:admin@thegrangehall.info or call (518) 963-7777.
