Studio 96 Dance, a newly established dance studio in Moriah, NY, is excited to announce a parent-sponsored vendor fair and basket raffle event to support its competition dance team. The event will take place on Saturday, September 27th, from 10 am to 2 pm at the Moriah Firehouse.
Owned and operated by Alexandra Lashway, Studio 96 Dance offers dance lessons to students aged 3 and up in a variety of genres, including Tap, Ballet, Irish, Jazz, and Lyrical. The studio, which opened its doors in 2022, has quickly become a hub for the local dance community, offering a nurturing and supportive environment where students can develop their skills and passion for the performing arts.
Local parent Lily Whitford is organizing the upcoming vendor fair and basket raffle event to help raise funds for the Studio 96 competition dance team. The team will be attending two competitions in the Capital Region, NY, and Burlington, VT, and the proceeds from the event will go towards covering the group fees and other expenses associated with these events.
In addition to the vendor fair and basket raffle, the event will also feature a complimentary Mary Kay Glass Hydration Skin Care class, a bake sale, and a 50/50 raffle. Attendees can look forward to a wide variety of vendors offering handmade crafts, jewelry, home decor, and more, as well as the opportunity to win exciting prizes through the basket raffle.
“We are thrilled to be hosting this event and are grateful for the support of our local community,” said Alexandra Lashway, owner of Studio 96 Dance. “The competition dance team has been working hard to prepare for these upcoming events, and the funds raised will help them to focus on their craft and represent our studio with pride.”
The vendor fair and basket raffle event is open to the public, and all are welcome to attend. For more information about the event, please visit https://tinyurl.com/MoriahDance or call (518) 570-0920. For more information about Studio 96, visit https://www.facebook.com/Studio96Dance/
