New donor stewardship position is one of several changes on the Philanthropy team
Adirondack Community Foundation (ACF) welcomes Tatyana Reinboldt as Donor Stewardship & Engagement Officer. This new role will focus on ensuring donors and fundholders remain closely connected to the work they make possible and that their generosity is celebrated.
Since relocating to the Adirondacks over a decade ago, Tatyana has embraced the region wholeheartedly. At Placid Planet Bicycles, she helped residents and visitors alike discover new ways to experience the region. She quickly immersed herself in the local community, contributing time to the Thrive & Thrift food pantry and other local nonprofit organizations. Originally from Iowa, Tatyana has a deep-rooted appreciation for small-town values and the importance of community support. She is excited about using her passion, experience, and dedication to help strengthen the Adirondack region.
Additionally, ACF is pleased to announce that CJ Dates has been promoted to Vice President of Philanthropy, where he will lead the overall philanthropic strategy. Matt Donahue is transitioning to a specialized role as Director of Legacy and Planned Giving, where he will work closely with donors to create customized plans through giving opportunities that only a community foundation can provide.
“CJ has become well known for his skill and dedication to cultivating connections, making him ideally suited to lead this growing team,” said Cali Brooks, President & CEO. “With Matt’s deep knowledge of complex gift planning and Tatyana’s passion for community and service, Adirondack Community Foundation stands ready to elevate the power of local giving, helping donors translate their vision into a more resilient Adirondack future.”
