Winter Tracking: Bobcats to Birds
Presented by Audubon Vermont
Sunday February 17, 8:15 am – 4:30 pm
Susan Morse will lead this full day of wildlife tracking and habitat interpretation at Wolfrun in Jericho, VT. (Keeping Track)
Fresh tracks in winter’s snow remind us that wildlife rely on healthy forest habitat for their survival. Join us on a trek to Bobby Knob, prime bobcat habitat, as we search for signs of bobcat, listen for resident birds, and learn how to quickly access forest bird habitat. Sue Morse of Keeping Track and Steve Hagenbuch of Audubon Vermont will lead this full day of wildlife tracking and habitat interpretation at Wolfrun in Jericho. Rigorous off trail travel, including some moderate climbing, will be involved. (Audubon Vermont)
