Todd Norian, talented and truly world-renowned Yoga Teacher, is returning to Essex for another amazing Wellness Weekend, AND to host a Yoga Teacher Training! Last spring, yogis of all levels from near and far congregated in Essex for two days of inspiring workshops at the spacious CFES Conference Center. Todd, the founder of Ashaya Yoga, will return March 25-26 of 2017 to lead another weekend workshop of offerings, entitled “The Art of Masterful Living – Embodying the Five Elements Through Yoga.” Sessions will be taught using Sky, Earth, Water, Fire, and Wind to illustrate balance in the body and the mind, applying this concept to everyday living as participants are guided through each unique class experience. Pricing is separated by morning and afternoon of both days. Register soon as the weekend is limited to 60 attendees for each day and will sell out. Lunch on Saturday will be provided by the Essex Inn!
Autumn of 2017 will then bring an extremely special opportunity – Yoga Teacher Training with Todd Norian. Yogis who are interested to instruct or to simply deepen their own practice may register for this comprehensive curriculum, scheduled in four separate modules through Spring of 2018. Ashaya Yoga In-Depth Study and Yoga Teacher Training Program is rooted in the fundamentals of movement, breath, meditation, philosophy, and anatomy, with the intention of awakening the heart and facilitating a more meaningful and empowered life.
