Pasta-Making 101

At Whallonsburg Grange Hall
Learn the basic principles and techniques to make your own noodles, ravioli, and linguine and then, buon apetito! Led by Barbara Kunzie, master food preservationist and farmer at Essex Farm.
Class runs from 6-9 pm and includes sampling the results! (Community Kitchen – Whallonsburg Grange Hall)
The Grange is fully equipped with canning supplies and equipment, including several pressure canners. It is certified as a commercial kitchen and is available for use by home-canners and value-added food producers.
