This is yet another great program run by the Whallonsburg Grange Community Kitchen that will teach you more ways of preserving food! Don’t rely on store bought preserves but create your own with fresh fruits!
Food Processing/Preserving Class with Barbara Kunzie, master preservationist and farmer. This class will focus on drying fruit, fruit leather, making beef jerky and other dehydrated foods. $5 donation. (Community Kitchen)
