Spots still remain for Yoga Teacher Training with Ashaya Yoga founder, Todd Norian! Beginning in October of 2017, the 200-hour course will be based at the beautifully rehabilitated Old Stone Church in downtown Essex, introducing a new wave of activity to the historic building and the village during off-season months. Currently, 12 participants are registered and discounted pricing is offered through August 22.

A student of yoga since 1980, Todd studied many styles of heart-centered and alignment-based yoga. He continues to study extensively with several Tantric scholars, including Paul Muller-Ortega and Professor Douglas Brooks. Todd teaches workshops and trainings internationally and is a talented musician who has created several CDs of music for yoga. This special opportunity with an instructor of notably high caliber is part of the growing interest in yoga throughout the Lake Champlain Valley.

Any individuals who are interested to instruct or to simply deepen their own practice may register for this comprehensive curriculum, scheduled in four separate modules from October of 2017 through May of 2018. The Ashaya Yoga In-Depth Study and Yoga Teacher Training Program is rooted in the fundamentals of movement, breath, meditation, philosophy, and anatomy, with the intention of awakening the heart and facilitating a more meaningful and empowered life.
