Moving into the second year of being open it is time to celebrate and begin the new year with a party! Walk, ride, drive… just get to Live Well on Main Street in Essex, NY for Live Well’s Annual Community Opening.
What to do at Live Well’s Annual Community Opening:
Check-out and sign-up for the new schedule of classes for Yoga, Tai Chi, Qigong, Fitness Classes, as well as upcoming Community Lecture Series, Workshops, and Programs.
Meet Live Well’s newest practitioners: Cache Hartzell, Certified Yoga teacher joining Lake Champlain Yoga Arts and Will Hartzell, joining Live Well as the newest acupuncturist.
You may also want to try out the beautiful Fitness Space, peek into the treatment rooms, or just see friends and have a nibble of yummy local food… Whatever you do just come and help celebrate. All are welcome. See you at Live Well!
