What’s new at Pink Pig this season?
We have hired a baker, Lana Roeser, who is now baking our pies and quiche here at the cafe along with a new selection of baked goods. Our pies and quiche are made using organic pie dough from our friends at Kiss Tart (Christine) and so far it has been well received. Pies may be ordered via phone (518.962.8833) or you may stop in to see our daily selection. We are also launching a Granola Tart (see photo right) filled with yummy yogurt from North Country Creamery topped with fresh fruit from our local farms.
Speaking of farms, our Farmers Market is every Saturday from 9:00 am – 2:00 pm with wonderful produce from Tangleroot Farm & Walker’s Good From The Woods. Our cafe will also be stocked with their goods and eggs, yogurt etc. for purchase daily as well.
